Family Owned for 60 years
Peterson Development was founded in Utah in 1965 by Leon Peterson. Since that time, the company has become known as a leader in commercial real estate construction, infrastructure development, land acquisition and sales, and entitlement along with building homes for over 20 years. They operate with pride and confidence as a family-owned, people-oriented business.
The Founder and CEO, Leon Peterson, started his company as a young entrepreneur in 1965. Over the years, Peterson Development has grown to build and develop retail, office, medical clinics, apartment buildings, and residential building lots throughout the Western United States. Justin, Ryan, Barrett and Brandon Peterson now lead the company, following the legacy their father created. Through the years, the qualities of hard work, honesty and integrity have been and continue to be the guiding forces behind the company.
